Peterborough Limited are recruiting a permanent Data & Insight Lead to work 37 hours per week, based in Peterborough.
We are looking for a Data & Insight Lead to work across our diverse portfolio of services. We run services including recycling and waste, vehicle workshops, swimming pools, gyms, and property service.

Key aspects of the role:

To be the key data lead for the Company, to manage, produce review and analyse data from across the company, to monitor performance, grow the business and increase productivity

To enable data within systems to be used in planning, targeting customer communications

To carry out analysis of data, macro data, insight and trends for business planning, budgeting and performance measurement

To track and identify opportunities to improve the use of data insight and work with the company
-
To ensure company and customer data held complies with all regulatory requirements
To bring sector knowledge and research to enable data to tell a story -
Manage and ensure data is input in to the company’s performance dashboards, to enable managers and staff to see performance

To work across the company to aid in becoming data driven in its decisions making

Utilise tools such as geo-socio demographic customer profiles to develop a greater understanding of customer groups supporting the development of robust performance measures and service development

Monitoring various projects and service and measure effectiveness and customer reach

Mining of vast amount of data and knowledge and adding interpretation for use internally for planning, measuring performance and creating macro opportunity plans to strategically move the organisation forward

Look for opportunities in the data to fulfil the companies ambitions and business plan

Support services owners in target setting and monitoring

The role is expected to support the coordination all of the data sources across our various systems that support interactions with customers in liaison with data teams. This approach draws in data from our central system, event booking system, our website platform and our email marketing system

To make recommendations and support service planning with informed data

To plan, extract and clean customer data for relevant CRM and marketing activity. To provide advice on customer targeting, through data analysis and reporting

Use data analysis to suggest new initiatives or trials

Support the development of key strategies and plans with the service leads liaising with data owners and adhering to the data protection policy

Maintain data confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements

Assist staff in using company systems to support their business operations

To secure quotations for services, raise purchase orders where relevant, working within the company’s procedures, and always trying to achieve best value
