Les Mills Virtual

As an exciting extension to our fitness class programme, we've introduced Les Mills Virtual - cinematic quality versions of a range of classes streamed in our studio, led by Les Mills instructors!

These classes take place in the gym studio, in addition to our instructor led classes, giving you more options to workout at different times during the day to suit you. 

The following virtual classes are available throughout the week: BodyCombat, Sh'Bam, Sprint, BodyBalance and Grit (Athletic, Cardio and Strength).
Grit is the only class that requires any equipment, so we recommend that you get there early to set yourself up with a step and some weights. 

Check the fitness class timetable and book your place up to 7 days in advance, as you would any other class.

Les Mills BodyBalance
Ideal for anyone and everyone, this is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. A Les Mills BodyBalance workout will lead you through a series of yoga moves which embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates exercises.
