Overview
An open sensory swim session available for anybody who wishes to come along and enjoy a tranquil environment with mood lighting. Carers supporting a participant are welcome at no extra charge. You may bring your own floats.
These sessions are designed for people to gently increase their level of physical activity in a in a soothing and relaxing experience. This can help to improve or manage health conditions in a strain-free way.
Pre-booking not required, just come along.
