Lido summer pass 2023

Who is who and what is what:

1.1 Your relationship with Vivacity Leisure trading name of Peterborough Limited (“Vivacity”)

1.2 These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between “Vivacity” and you in relation to a 6 week Lido summer pass

1.3 You will be deemed to accept these terms if you purchase a summer pass

1.4 “Vivacity” shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to them as described in their privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. You agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process your order and contact you.

Terms of the summer pass:

2.1 The summer pass is sold by "Vivacity" and is available for age 16+ only.

2.2 The 6 week pass is valid for the summer holiday period - from Mon 24 Jul to Sun 3 Sep 2023. It entitles you to unlimited swimming at the Lido during this period and includes early morning swims, morning sessions, afternoon sessions, all day sessions and evening swims. Any special events are excluded. 

2.3 Holders of a summer pass still need to pre-book their swim sessions online or via the Vivacity app to avoid disappointment. The pass alone does not guarantee you entry if we are fully booked. 

2.4 The summer pass must be purchased in one of our Vivacity centres so that photo ID can be taken as you are issued with a pass card. The pass cannot be purchased online. 

2.5 On purchasing a summer pass, you will be required to give basic personal details (name, date of birth, address, contact number and email.) You will then be given a Vivacity card to be used at the Lido during the stated period. 

2.6 Payment must be made in full for the summer pass at the time of purchase. 

2.7 The cost of the summer pass is £60 for Vivacity members and you must continue to hold a valid membership for the duration of the summer pass. For non-members, the summer pass is £80.

2.8 The pass period will begin on 24 Jul or as soon as you purchase the pass after this date. If you purchase the pass after 24 Jul, it will still only be valid until 3 Sep 2023. 

2.9 The pass is only valid for swimming at the Lido. 

2.10 If the Lido is forced to close due to ‘reasons or events outside of our reasonable control’ customers will not be refunded any payment for their summer pass.

2.11 If the Lido is closed for 7 or more consecutive days for another other reason, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund. 

2.12 We may cancel your summer pass without notice if at any time you do not comply with the rules and regulations of the Peterborough Lido; you allow another person to use your membership card to get into the Lido; your conduct is such that in our opinion, it may be injurious to the character, name or interests of Vivacity, or is such that it makes you unfit to associate with other centre users. If we cancel your pass for any of these reasons, no refund will be offered.
