The small group exercise classes are specifically designed to improve your physical fitness, helping to keep you strong, steadier on your feet and doing the things you enjoy for longer. We know that everyone’s health is different, so the instructors will get to know you and tailor the exercises as necessary. The classes are also a great way to meet other people, receive support and build motivation.
